Why Should I choose IQPC?

IQPC are leaders in computer services and repair. We are a local company that’s been operating for more than 20 years. But don’t just take our word for it, have a read through our positive customer feedback.

How do onsite bookings work?

Simply call or book online. We will arrange a technician to arrive at a designated time and day. In the rare event we are running late we will give you plenty of notice. In most cases problems are resolved while you wait. Some problems may require us to take your computer away and return it fixed, but you will only ever be charged one call out fee per job.

How do you charge for onsite bookings?

We HATE that other companies charge for 1 hour even when jobs are completed much quicker! We charge a flat call out fee to anywhere within our mobile service area, then in 15 minute increments for the time we spend onsite. Parts are extra. Give us a call for our current rates.

What suburbs do you come out to?

We operate within a roughly 30km radius of Perth. If your suburb is outside our mobile service area, give us a call anyway and we’ll see what we can do!

How quickly can you get here?

We will strain every sinew to get to you as soon as you need us. Most bookings are same day or next day. Unlike other companies there is no “same day” small print for bookings made before 10am or exorbitant emergency fees.

How does the workshop operate?

We treat all jobs as URGENT. No prior booking is required – just turn up. Computers must be left with us. Most repairs are turned around in under 2 working days. A queue system applies so it’s fair for all customers.

How do you charge for workshop repairs?

We will always call you with a FREE QUOTE before we charge you a cent. Most jobs are charged for in 15 minute increments, although some services are charged at a flat rate. Parts are extra.

What do I need to bring in when I come to your workshop?

For desktop computers we generally just need your tower with no cables. For laptops please also bring your AC power adaptor. If you’re unsure what to bring just give us a call.

What happens if my problem is not fixed?

We will fix it guaranteed! If you’re not 100% satisfied we’ve fixed your problem give us a call within 30 days and we’ll fix it for free (excludes additional parts). In the rare event that it can’t be fixed we will provide a full refund.

What types of computers can you fix?

Most computers we fix are Windows-based desktop PCs, laptops and servers. However we also regularly fix computers running Apple, Android and other operating systems. Give us a call if you have a non-Windows computer and we’ll tell you if we can help.

What payment methods do you accept?

For cash-on-delivery jobs you can choose to pay by Visa, MasterCard, cash or cheque. We also accept EFTPOS at our workshop. If you have a credit account with us (available to approved customers) you can also pay by direct deposit. A small surcharge will apply to credit card payments over $500.
