Average XC Speeds

The following tables show average cross country speeds for topless and
king-posted gliders. The avg speeds are calculated for different climb rates and tail
winds and are based on inter-thermal glides at best L/D. As you will see there isn't much
difference between king posted at topless at best L/D.
