Holding a degree in Computer Science, Rob is an owner and tech himself and manages our expanding group of technicians, as well as handling the business development.
Phil is an owner of IQPC and looks after all aspects of the business including purchasing and accounting, as well as working for our clients directly in our workshop.
James has been immersed in IT for over 15 years and with IQPC since 2010. He specialises in small to medium business networking and Windows Server.
Toby has been tirelessly helping our clients since 2003. His specialities are installing and troubleshooting various accounting software, Office 365 and SharePoint.
With a Computer Science Degree, and a genuine focus on customer service, Glenn has been working as a level 2 technician with IQPC since 2010 and has come to the rescue during many a server meltdown!
David has worked as a technician for over 10 years and supports our larger business clients. Our resident trouble-shooter, his specialty is wireless and VoIP technologies.
Lyndon is a Level 1 Technician predominantly supporting our residential clients. He is a gun at setting up and sorting out issues with android & iPhones and our go-to for general network troubleshooting.
Whilst working in the IT industry for 20 years, Garry has achieved a wide range of experience along with many challenges. His favourite part of the job, however, is a happy client and a problem solved!
Dwayne has been supporting our IQPC clients for over 10 years. He specialises in virus and malware removal and is excellent at diagnosing and solving Internet and wireless issues.
Michael has over 7 years of experience in the IT industry and is Cisco and Microsoft certified.
You will generally get Bernice on the office phone. She is our customer service superstar dealing with bookings, quotations & account queries, she can do everything but actually fix your computer!
